*Regarding Visa Requirements

The Show Management regrets to announce that it is not possible to provide Visa Support for visitors. All visa requests from visitors will be denied.

If your business is relevant to EXPO CLEAN or EXPO LAUNDRY and you need valid visas to enter Indonesia, please contact the Indonesian Embassy in your country with proof of your employment and nature of your employer's business as well for visa applications.

Nationals of the following countries can now apply for their Transit and/or Tourist visa upon arrival at the following Airports/Seaports in Indonesia for a maximum visit of 30 days:

Algeria, Argentine, Australia, Austria
Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria
Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech
Denmark, Egypt, Estonia
Fiji, Finland, France
Germany, Greece, Hungary
Iceland, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait
Latvia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg
Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco
Netherland, New Zealand, Norway
Oman, Panama, India
Qatar, Romania Russia
Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Surinam
Sweden, Switzerland
Taiwan Territory
Timor Leste, Tunisia, Turkey
United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom

  • The visa fees are US$25.00 for up to 30 days stay in Indonesia
  • Visa On Arrival could be extended 1 (one) time no longer than 30 days, and cannot be converted into a Limited Stay Permit
  • Overstay may incur a penalty based on immigration policy.

  • Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months as from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  • Onward or return tickets are compulsory
  • No compulsory vaccinations
  • Visitors must enter through the following airports and seaports in Indonesia.
There are 14 (fourteen) Airport and 23 (twenty three) Seaport across Indonesia that has the VOA facilities Please note that these regulations do not apply for foreigners/expatriates (including members of their family) who are assigned / based in Indonesia. Visa is required and should be applied for beforehand. Those whose countries ARE NOT included in the above list or wish to stay longer than 30 days in Indonesia, should apply for their visa in advance, at the Indonesian Embassy.

15 countries and territories are eligible for a "Visa Free" facility. Those holding valid passports from the following countries will be granted a non-extendable 30-day Visa-Free Short Visit Permit upon arrival at an Indonesian international gateway without charge:
Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Chile, Equador, Hong Kong SAR, Laos PDR, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Morocco, Myanmar, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
